“Early years teachers from the school have worked collaboratively with teachers from other local schools to develop a ‘transition toolkit’. This range of resources and ideas supports parents, children and staff during the transition from┬ápre-school into Reception and encourages greater independence. As a result, Reception Year children demonstrate the skills and confidence to settle into routines very quickly and they make good progress.”

Ofsted report, October 2016, Northchapel Community Primary School (Participant, School to School Support)

TESLA is committed to offering school to school support across primary and secondary phases, both locally and nationally. We treat each case on its own merits and treat every enquiry as confidential. You will be assigned a lead advisor for support to act as a critical friend and ensure that the support allocated meets the needs of your school.

Please contact us to see our System Leadership Charges document for details of costs. It is important to highlight that no school will be able to offer free support, as this places an unfair burden on the supporting school. This is to ensure that all money allocated to each school is spent on its own children.
